According to the engineering characteristics of different regions, taking the freight terminals in Beijing Capital International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport as examples, discusses the commonly used HVAC design techniques from aspects of the heating source and system, ventilation and smoke control and extraction mode, air conditioning cold and heat sources and terminal form, cold chain system, automatic control and energy saving, and summarizes the applicable schemes for different climatic conditions of the North and the South.
